และคุณจัดการข้อมูลของตัวเองได้อย่างไร
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

5. ข้อมูลถูกเก็บไว้ที่ไหน และใครประมวลผลให้เราบ้าง
ข้อมูลของคุณถูกเก็บในฐานข้อมูล PostgreSQL ที่ให้บริการโดย
Supabase ณ ศูนย์ข้อมูลในภูมิภาค สิงคโปร์ (ap-southeast-1)

6. ข้อมูลบางส่วนอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น
- โทเค็นสำหรับคงสถานะเข้าสู่ระบบ เก็บใน Keychain (iOS) หรือ Keystore (Android)
- สำเนาตารางแบบอ่านอย่างเดียวของเดือนปัจจุบัน เดือนถัดไป และเวรที่กำลังจะถึง
เพื่อให้เปิดดูได้เมื่อไม่มีสัญญาณ
- ข้อมูลเวรถัดไปที่ส่งให้วิดเจ็ตหน้าจอโฮมและ Live Activity แสดงผล

โดยโครงสร้างข้อมูลไม่มีช่องเหล่านั้นตั้งแต่ต้น
- สมาชิกในกลุ่มเห็นชื่อที่แสดงของคุณ และเวรที่คุณลงไว้ในกลุ่มนั้น
- ฟังก์ชันคัดลอกเวรส่วนตัวเข้ากลุ่มเป็นการคัดลอกครั้งเดียว
ไม่ใช่การเชื่อมข้อมูล การแก้เวรส่วนตัวภายหลังจะไม่เปลี่ยนเวรในกลุ่ม
- เมื่อคุณออกจากกลุ่ม เวรที่คุณลงไว้จะถูกลบออกจากตารางกลุ่มไปด้วย
- ภาพตารางที่ส่งออกเพื่อแชร์มีเพียงวันที่ รหัสเวร และชื่อย่อสถานที่
8. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลของคุณไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่
เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ผูกกับบัญชีจะถูกลบออกจากฐานข้อมูลทันที
คิวการแจ้งเตือนที่ส่งเสร็จแล้วจะถูกลบทิ้งโดยอัตโนมัติ
9. ความปลอดภัย
- การรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS/TLS
- ฐานข้อมูลบังคับใช้ Row Level Security ทุกตาราง
ผู้ใช้แต่ละบัญชีอ่านและเขียนได้เฉพาะข้อมูลของตนเอง
และโครงสร้างตารางออกแบบให้การอ้างอิงข้อมูลข้ามบัญชีเป็นไปไม่ได้
- โทเค็นเข้าสู่ระบบเก็บในที่เก็บความลับของระบบปฏิบัติการ ไม่ใช่ในไฟล์ธรรมดา
อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยโดยสมบูรณ์
เราจึงแนะนำให้คุณดูแลบัญชี Google ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบให้ปลอดภัยด้วย
10. สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิดังนี้ และใช้สิทธิส่วนใหญ่ได้เองในแอปทันที

- ลบข้อมูล — ตั้งค่า › บัญชี › ลบบัญชีถาวร
- ถอนความยินยอม — ปิดการแจ้งเตือนหรือสิทธิ์กล้องได้ในการตั้งค่าของเครื่อง
- คัดค้านหรือขอให้ระงับการประมวลผล และ
ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

11. เด็กและเยาวชน
แอปนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพและผู้ทำงานเป็นกะ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็ก
และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีโดยเจตนา
หากทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว เราจะลบทิ้งทันที
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบนและประกาศไว้ที่หน้านี้
การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญจะแจ้งให้ทราบภายในแอปด้วย

Werrao is a personal shift-schedule app for shift workers. This policy explains
what we collect, why, where it is stored, and how you can control it.
1. Data controller
Rattasat Phabsing, developer and
operator of the Werrao app, acts as the data controller under Thailand's
Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

3. What we do not collect & Data protection
- Patient Personal Identifiable Information (Patient PII). The app does not connect to any hospital electronic health record (EHR) system. Users agree not to input or photograph real patient names, national identity numbers, or phone numbers. Before typed notes are sent for processing, the app replaces detected titled names, national ID numbers, hospital numbers (HN) and phone numbers with placeholders on your device, and instructs the AI to replace any remaining names with bed numbers (anonymization). Automatic detection is not exhaustive, and photographs are sent unredacted, so users should review every result before sharing it.
- Location. The app never requests or accesses your GPS location.
- Contacts. The app never accesses your device address book.
- Camera & Photo Library. Requested strictly when you choose to: (1) scan a QR code to join a group, (2) take or pick schedule/note images for AI extraction, or (3) select a profile avatar. Photos are transmitted over secure encrypted channels and never shared with third parties.
- Advertising & Cross-App Tracking. The app contains no third-party advertisements and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites (No Third-Party Tracking). We never sell or rent your data.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — account and schedule data are required
to provide the service you requested.
- Consent — notifications, camera/photo access, and AI image extraction are used only after you
grant permission, and can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings.
5. Where data is stored and who processes it
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the
Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region. This constitutes a cross-border
transfer of personal data; the provider maintains protection measures consistent with
recognised international standards.
Third-party processors:
- Supabase — database, authentication, theme/avatar storage, and cloud Edge Functions.
- Google — Google Sign-In. We receive only your email, name, and
profile picture; we never receive your password.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivers notifications.
Message content includes only the date and time of a shift, never pay data or notes.
- Google Gemini API (Google LLC) — multimodal artificial intelligence (AI) service for schedule parsing and handover note generation. Data is processed over secure TLS connections and is not used to train AI models (No AI Model Training on API Data).
- Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymous app interaction and diagnostics metrics.
6. Data that stays on your device
- Your sign-in token, held in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore.
- A read-only copy of the current month, next month, and upcoming shifts, so the
schedule is viewable without a connection.
- Next-shift details passed to the home screen widget and Live Activity.
- Appearance preferences such as theme and text size.
All of this is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.
7. Your data inside a group
Your personal calendar is never shared with a group automatically.
Group members see only the shifts that were deliberately posted to that group's roster.
- Group shifts carry no notes and no pay data — the
underlying tables have no such columns.
- Group members can see your display name and the shifts you posted to that group.
- Copying personal shifts into a group is a one-time copy, not a link.
Editing a personal shift afterwards does not change the group's copy.
- When you leave a group, the shifts you posted are removed from its roster.
- Exported roster images contain only dates, shift codes, and workplace abbreviations.
8. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account,
all data linked to it is removed from the database immediately. Delivered notification
records are pruned automatically.
9. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Every table enforces Row Level Security: an account can read and write only its own
rows, and the schema is designed so that cross-account references are structurally
impossible.
- Sign-in tokens are held in the operating system's secure credential store, not in
ordinary files.
No system is perfectly secure, so we also recommend keeping the Google account you sign
in with well protected.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the following rights; most can be exercised in the app directly.
- Access and portability — Settings › Export data produces a JSON file
containing your entire account.
- Rectification — every record can be edited in the app.
- Erasure — Settings › Account › Delete account permanently.
- Withdraw consent — turn off notification or camera permission in your
device settings.
- Object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint
with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

11. Children
This app is intended for working professionals and shift workers. It is not directed at
children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn that we
have, we delete it immediately.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date above and publish the revision on this page.
Material changes are also announced inside the app.
